Do you know that feeling of overwhelm, trying to stay on top of everything but feeling like you just keep falling behind. This leads to anxiety which includes negative self talk, losing confidence, feeling like you're just not good enough and comparing yourself to others who seem like they have it all under control..

This is how I lived my life for many years and if someone ever mentioned my lateness or that I was just not keeping up, I would spiral into a well of anxiety, as they had just confirmed what I was already thinking and feeling.

I now help people to step off that descending treadmill so they can pause, gain control and see how amazing they are. Lets get this straight, we are all capable of having an great life and the life that we really want, but doubt, lack of confidence, low mood and anxiety can cripple us, leaving us stuck and repeating the same old patterns,  it is possible to change and I love to help people make that change.
