My Therapies

I use two therapies, firstly CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This is a talking therapy where we can chat and collaboratively gain insight into why you think and behave the way you do, which thoughts, actions or inactions are preventing you from progressing forward to where you want to be, whether this is habit changing, creating a new start for yourself and releasing old patterns of thinking or behaviours or you may not be sure what you want, that's ok its not always easy to work it out alone.

Hypnotherapy is nothing like you may see a stage hypnotist perform, it's a deep state of relaxation and focused attention, Your subconscious comes into play and your critical mind will step aside.  I simply guide you and you will always be aware of what is happening. I will give you suggestions which I will have already discussed with you and they will be planted like healthy seeds in your subconscious mind, ready to come into play in your everyday life 

Combining these two therapies makes change more practical and permanent, and with practice you will experience a shift in your thoughts and your behaviours, you will embody new, positive feelings, emotions and habits.
