I use two therapies, firstly CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This is a talking therapy where we can chat and collaboratively, gain insight into why you think and behave the way you do, which thoughts, actions or inactions are preventing you from progressing forward to where you want to be.
Hypnotherapy is nothing like you may see a stage hypnotist perform, it's a deep state of relaxation and focused attention, normally people feel a sense of calm and well-being.. I simply guide you into this state. You are always aware of what is happening around you. I will give you suggestions which I will have already discussed with you. Sometimes people fall asleep that's ok, the suggestions will still be planted like healthy seeds in your relaxed mind.
Combining these two therapies makes change more practical and permanent, and with practice you will experience a shift in your thoughts and your behaviours, you will embody new, positive feelings and emotions.
